Once a business listing is posted on BusinessForSale.in, the listing fee is non- refundable. This applies even if the listing is removed or modified prior to the expiration of the listing term.
If a listing is removed due to a technical issue or error on our platform, we may issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
Refunds will only be considered if a premium or featured listing package has not been activated or utilized. Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of purchase.
If the listing has been promoted or advertised, no refund will be provided.
Refunds for advisory or consultation services, such as business valuations or buyer- seller matching, will be considered only if the service has not been initiated. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of service booking.
Once the service has commenced or been delivered, no refunds will be issued, as resources and time have already been allocated.
Refunds for marketing or document preparation services will not be issued once the service has been initiated or completed. If any part of the service is still pending, a refund may be considered for that portion, depending on the circumstances.
Completed or Utilized Services: No refunds will be granted for services that have already been provided or completed, including business evaluations, marketing campaigns, and advisory consultations.
